SOFRECO is a leading company in consultancy and technical assistance for sustainable economic and social development. SOFRECO's field of action covers the different levels of education (preschool, primary, secondary and higher) and aims to develop education systems and increase their efficiency.
SOFRECO is looking for experts available to work for short term and long term missions in Mozambique. Experts have to be specialized in the vocational training sector and especially in the certification of qualifications.
Areas of responsibility:
- Evaluate the current system of certification in Mozambique
- Design and implement a new certification system of qualifications
- Maintain close contact with the donor and Ministries
Competence and personal requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the vocational training sector
- Experiences in the design and implementation of a certification system of qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
- Experience in the cooperation field
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Experience working in Mozambique is an asset
