Integrity seeks a Senior Research Analyst with experience in research methodologies for a four-month study examining community resilience in Jordan.
Role Description:
Under the guidance of the Research Team Lead, the Senior Research Analyst will support the technical delivery of the research study, including the design, data collection, analysis, and drafting of all research deliverables.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the technical design of the research methodology and data collection tools, in collaboration with the Research Team Lead.
· Ensuring the quality of data collection, and analysis and report writing.
· Support the Area Managers to deliver the field researcher/enumerator training.
· Lead on the analysis of all quantitative and qualitative data.
· Draft all research deliverables.
Skills and experience profile
· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as economics, political science, international relations, sociology, social anthropology, international development, conflict and peace studies or related subject;
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in development or humanitarian programming;
· Strong familiarity with mixed methods research methodologies, as well as best practices in remote research;
· Past experience leading or providing significant support to a research project in the MENA region;
· Professional fluency in Arabic;
· Excellent English writing skills and experience in report writing for international clients;
· Strong management and people skills, highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure; Experience working in Jordan (preferred).
