Deputy Team Lead - Building Resilience and Avoiding Vulnerability to Disasters (BRAVE)

The Deputy Team Leader (DTL) will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the third-party monitoring verifications and will be the technical lead for all deliverables from a MEL technical standpoint. The DTL will lead the integration of third-party monitoring, digital platform, and learning inputs in the production of verification summary reports, data analysis dashboards and associated learning products. They will design and administer clear processes for delivering these products, fostering an effective, efficient, and collaborative approach across the different functional teams. The DTL will be required to coordinate the activities of BRAVE workstreams – to identify efficiencies and ensure learning is applied across the team.

The DTL will report to the Team Lead whose role focuses on providing strategic direction, leading stakeholder engagement, client engagement, technical expertise on resilience, humanitarian assistance and livelihoods, and team management. The DTL will be actively involved in the implementation of the BRAVE strategy as agreed by the BRAVE Governance Board. They will represent BRAVE TPM verification activities at meetings with DFID teams and their implementing partners and key stakeholders.

D. Client and Partner Management (15%)

Integrity is looking for a Deputy Team Lead for the anticipated Independent Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning contract for the BRAVE Programme. The MEL contract will provide Third Party Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning services for the BRAVE Programme. It is expected that the programme will begin in early 2021 and will last until October 2026. Subject to winning the BRAVE Programme contract, this position is likely to be fixed-term contract based in Pakistan.
